Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your access to and use of https://cosmicera.in (the “Site”). Please read them carefully.

Last updated: 15 May 2026 · Website: https://cosmicera.in

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect changes. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.

1. About the Site

The Site presents information about CosmicEra and its services in areas such as education consulting, student guidance, technology systems, training, and related topics. Content is for general information unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. No client relationship from browsing alone

Use of the Site, reading materials, or submitting a general enquiry does not by itself create a consultant–client, agency, employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship with CosmicEra. A binding engagement requires mutual agreement, typically documented in writing (such as a statement of work, order form, or contract) and any required approvals.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only in lawful ways. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, systems, data, or accounts;
  • Introduce malware, excessive automated traffic, or activity that disrupts or degrades the Site;
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site in violation of these Terms or applicable law;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site to send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules are violated or where necessary to protect the Site or other users.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content (including text, layout, graphics, logos, and branding) are owned by CosmicEra or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Site except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

5. User submissions

If you submit enquiries, feedback, or other materials through the Site, you represent that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant CosmicEra a non-exclusive licence to use submissions as reasonably needed to respond, operate the Site, and improve our services, without obligation to compensate you unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Third-party links

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or platforms. Those are provided for convenience. CosmicEra does not control third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Information on the Site may be updated periodically and may not reflect the most current developments. You should not rely on the Site as the sole basis for business, legal, or investment decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CosmicEra and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid CosmicEra specifically for access to the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (if any), or (b) Indian Rupees five thousand (INR 5,000). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CosmicEra and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights—except to the extent caused by CosmicEra’s wilful misconduct as finally determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws. Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, you agree that the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

12. Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CosmicEra regarding the subject matter here, superseding prior understandings on the same topic, except where a separate written agreement explicitly governs (for example a signed services agreement for a paid engagement).
